The 4U Gospel Festival is set to make its mark in Kwazulu Natal from the 24th to the 27th of September at the Balele Camping Park in Utrecht.
Throughout the weekend a host of musicians and artists will be delivering amazing music inspired by Christ. The festival will not only host well know musicians like Danie Botha and Julius Magan, but will also offer up and coming artists the opportunity to make themselves known, also giving performers the opportunity to sell their CD’s to hundreds of gospel music lovers. Several gospel music workshops will also be held at different venues by various musicians at a nominal fee.
The festival is organised by the Abel Mehola Ministries, who are registered under the Followers of Jesus Church.
Sakkie Beneke, who is a member of the Abel Mehola Ministries, says “We would like to give the less unknown Christian musicians the opportunity to promote themselves. They will have the opportunity to be heard outside their church or town and to sell their CD’s if available.”
“The Alive for Christ group has agreed to come and work with the youth and we have something special for the kiddies too. There will be stalls, arts and craft, sport activities and lots more.” He added.
